Stroller Barre Bootcamp
Join Ashley along with other moms and little ones in Cheshire, CT, on the Farmington Canal for a great workout using your stroller as your barre! The class will stretch, warm-up, and do movements focused on upper-body, lower-body, core and agility in a 50-60 minute workout. (This class is held indoor at Raise the Bar Performance during the colder winter months.)

Prenatal Barre

Join us for a 45-50 minute barre workout focused on you, your body and the life growing inside you. This class is designed to provide you with a safe space to connect with your changing body as well as other expecting moms.

You will be guided through pregnancy-safe stretching, barre movements and breathing exercises. We will discuss basic, easy to remember information that will prepare you for pregnancy, giving birth, and will provide a foundation for postpartum recovery and continuing your barre practice following birth.

On the Run
Ashley Join Ashley & other Moms for a fun running clinic on the Cheshire Canal. We will start with a walk and slowly add jogging building our way to completing a 5K at the end of our 8 weeks together!

Private Classes
Ashley will travel to your home, with equipment and conduct a private, custom class for you. Alternately this class can be held at Raise the Bar performance where group classes are held. (Email to schedule.)

Barre at the Brewery
Join Ashley every month at a different CT brewery! Ticket price includes workout and your first beer. Bring your own mat and light weights!
