Hi! Im Ashley

I’m a certified barre instructor getting my burn on with other women looking for a full body and mind workout. When I’m not teaching barre you can find me cooking in the kitchen, chasing after two active children, or training for my next marathon.

More about Ashley

Kind Words

“I love Ashley’s class. I set aside 50 minutes of me time and finish feeling like I got a full body workout… and I didn’t even have to leave my house.”

– Katie

I’ve taken every Barre class out there from franchise to small studio, from countless instructors…Ashley’s variety of movements, options for challenges and energy are what get me out of bed for class three times a week at 6am!”

Why Barre?

Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk. Barre can help improve your posture and increase cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which helps to quickly burn calories. Regular barre workouts can increase your bone density, which can prevent conditions like osteoporosis.
