Classic Barre – low-impact, full-body workout focused on upper body, lower body, core and stretching using a combination of movements from ballet, yoga and pilates.

Bootcamp – a mix of classic barre and cardio-boosting agility drills to increase metabolic rate.

Mommy Bootcamp – Barre Bootcamp with a special focus on the physical needs of moms – prenatal, postpartum and all of motherhood. Babies and children are welcome to attend (playroom onsite).

HIITBarre – a dynamic and fun combination of High-Intensity Interval Training and Barre. This full-body workout uses timed, barre-focused movements in short bursts with alternating recovery periods.

Barre XPress – your favorite barre movements in a 30-minute “lunchtime express class.”

Barre at the Brewery – Barre at the Brewery is the perfect activity to spent time with friends, enjoy great CT craft beer, and get a great workout! Ticket price includes workout and your first beer. Bring your own mat and light weights! Locations and dates vary.
