Join us for a 45-50 minute barre workout focused on you, your body and the life growing inside you. This class is designed to provide you with a safe space to connect with your changing body as well as other expecting moms.
You will be guided through pregnancy-safe stretching, barre movements and breathing exercises. We will discuss basic, easy to remember information that will prepare you for pregnancy, giving birth, and will provide a foundation for postpartum recovery and continuing your barre practice following birth.
