After all the rain, how about some extra classes this week? Be ready for a fun 50-60 minute barre-focused stroller workout on the Jarvis Street entrance to the Farmington Canal in Cheshire. Kids of all ages welcome!
Suggested items to bring: yoga mat, 3lb or less weights, water, bug spray (in the summer weeks,) snacks and activities for your little ones!
