Friday, November 1 (10:30A) On the Run

This introductory running clinic will start with us walking, then slowly add short intervals of jogging, and eventually building to complete a 5K jog together. So grab your little one, jogging stroller, and join me and other Moms for a fun time on the Farmington Canal. (*Kids and strollers are not required, You are welcome to do this clinic kid-free.)

This 8-week running clinic will meet Thursdays at 9:00A.

We will meet at the Jarvis St entrance to the canal in Cheshire [496 Jarvis St., Cheshire.)

Thursdays 9A – 9/5, 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24 = 8

Fridays – Drop In Only
