Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree (organic best)
I Cup 0% plain greek yogurt
1 Frozen banana
1 TBSP Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 scoops of vanilla protein Powder (I prefer
Orgain.)
Ashley’s Fall Harvest Salad
1/2 head bibb lettuce
1/2 apple, sliced
2 TBSP shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 TBSP less or no-sugar dried cranberries
2 TBSP sprouted pumpkin seeds
Ashley’s Simple Harvest Dressing
1 tsp olive oil
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup
salt and pepper
1. Wash, dry and rough chop lettuce
2. add sliced apples, cheese and cranberries
3. Toss with dressing
4. top with pumpkin seeds
